Transfer the money you’re putting towards the purchase (your deposit and other fees) to us and we’ll exchange contracts with the seller's conveyancer. You’ll now have a move in date.
Time to celebrate! You’re officially a new homeowner. Go collect your keys and we’ll transfer the property title into your name. Congratulations!
