Our team will verify your identity and make sure your documents are completed correctly.

We get to work
3 to 4 days

We’ll find out everything there is to know about the home you’re buying. That’ll include:

  • Ordering searches
  • Checking your contract
  • Reviewing your mortgage offer 
  • Obtaining information about your property

The legal process
Typically 8 to 12 weeks

We’ll work in harmony with your lender, the seller's conveyancer, estate agents and the Land Registry. Then we’ll send you a thorough report detailing everything we’ve learned about your property.

Exchange

Transfer the money you’re putting towards the purchase (your deposit and other fees) to us and we’ll exchange contracts with the seller's conveyancer. You’ll now have a move in date.

Completion day
Typically 1 week after exchange

Time to celebrate! You’re officially a new homeowner. Go collect your keys and we’ll transfer the property title into your name. Congratulations!
